Award-winning Higher Education professional with 8 years experience in student experience and leading strategic projects, predominantly in an international context. 2021: Winner of PIEoneer Award- international sustainability impact 2023: Shortlisted for QS Reimagining Education Award- Access Diversity and Inclusion 2024: Highly commended for PIEoneer Award - Championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion My interests include widening access in higher education, sustainability and developing data driven decision making and strategies. I am currently lead theUniversitas 21* Global Education portfolio which offers opportunities for, and engagement with, students, researchers and professional staff across the U21 network. As part of the delivery of U21's Global Education strategy I oversee all U21 student, staff and researcher programmes. A key part of this role has been developing and implementing processes that prioritise efficiency and consistent data collection and interrogation. These programmes empower students, researchers and staff to share excellence, collaborate across borders and nurture international knowledge exchange. Having joined U21 in June 2020 I have led U21’s pivot to introduce digital programmes and processes to the member offering. As well as increasing the number of participants in U21 student programme from 200 to over a year, the pathway I introduced, U21 Global Student, has offered international learning opportunities to thousands of students who face barriers to international higher education and traditional mobility opportunities.
