Experienced customer service professional with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. I possess over nine years within the customer service industry, five of which I held upper management positions. I am very versed in management and facilitation styles to suit the needs of others and their overall development. I believe in going above and beyond to satisfy the needs and wants of employees and customers alike. I have a keen eye for detail, a productive work ethic, and I strive for excellence. I am currently employed by UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Operational Trainer within the Learning Solutions business segment. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to train both newly hired and tenured advocates within the Government Operations Medicare Core division. Recently, I have actively been partnering with colleagues newer to their role to mentor them during in-flight classes. I have also been leaning heavily into DE & I to better serve those I train and interact with on a daily basis. I previously served as an onsite outage specialist and assisted with level 1 troubleshooting and technical support for my department and also a benefits advocate for M&R Employer Group Retirees. Despite my limited time with United Healthcare/UHG, I was also chosen as a finalist for the 2020 Service Heroes. This nomination was recognized company-wide, and I aspire to continue bettering myself for the organization and for newly hired representatives.
