She has guided clients through complex restructurings and litigation across a wide range of industries—including restaurants, healthcare, oil and gas, retail, construction, and manufacturing—consistently delivering favorable results in high-stakes cases. Amber also handles bankruptcy-related litigation involving a number of complex issues, including fraudulent transfers, preference actions, contract disputes, and many more. Amber's work and experience has earned widespread recognition at the national, state, and local levels. Amber was the sole recipient of the American Inns of Court Sandra Day O’Connor Award for Professional Service in 2024, presented at the Supreme Court of the United States.
