About Amber Carson

I joined Kellogg Company 15 years ago, first in retail sales and analysis, progressing to Senior Sales Training Consultant and management-level Learning & Development (L&D) leadership. I am passionate about L&D, especially developing individual talent and deepening team capacity. My direct sales experience in my early years at Kellogg has provided me with a solid understanding of our sales team’s needs and played a key role in positioning me for success. In 2017, I was selected for the newly created Manager of Content Development and Deployment for Snacks Learning and Development at USA. In addition to designing and delivering sales trainings nation-wide, I also collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects with an enterprise-wide impact; most recently, I managed the training component of a large-scale project that transformed the business to a warehouse-focused model. I’m an agile leader who thrives in dynamic environments, blending excellent interpersonal communication with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
