About Amber Cato

Helping busy moms and entrepreneurs become the best version of themselves. Make your fitness journey fit into your schedule without sacrificing the foods you love, or the important things in your life, easily, and with help every step of the way. The kids have school, sports, plays, after school functions. You have parent-teacher conference, errands, bill, work, meetings. Then add in our personal relationships, other obligations, and the unexpected extras life throws our way. The calendar is full and your health has taken the back seat. Hell, it jumped out of the car and ran! We love are children, our lives, and maybe even some of our obligations, but when do we get to include self care? When does our health become part of our busy schedules? Maybe we have started our journeys full of that spark and fuel, ready to go and we dive in head first. Only to putter out before we hit the finish line. Stop trying to eat the entire elephant all at once, all you'll do is choke. Break it down into small more manageable pieces that habits can be formed around. Motivation is FLEATING! I help busy moms and entrepreneurs lose 12-20 pounds in 12 weeks, and learn to keep it off. I help you get of the yo-yo diet hamster wheel. and stay off for good.
