I have over 8 years of Customer Service experience, 7 years of which were at Quiktrip, a company that holds excellent Customer Service standards and rewards their employees well based on Customer Service performance. I have picked up several Clerical skills throughout my work history including answering phone calls, data entry, average typing 60 wpm, filing, and general organizational skills.I have over a year of Animal Care experience in a wildlife rehabilitation setting where I frequently administered oral medications, subcutaneous fluids and injections as well as intramuscular injections to several mammalian species, some birds, and some reptiles. I also frequently cleaned and dressed wounds, tube, bottle, and syringe- fed several mammalian species. I evaluated radiographs for abnormalities, assisted our full time veterinarian during surgeries, calculated proper dosage of medications to patients, recorded changes in health and behavior of patients. Additionally, I cleaned cages and enclosures for, fed, evaluated overall health and behavior, and watered hundreds of injured, sick, and orphaned animals daily.I am comfortable working with microscopes, as well as recording, analyzing and organizing data into meaningful graphs and reports. I generally have a strong interest in lab work involving microbiology, histology, hematology, biology, plant biology, and more!I am interested in creating and partaking in scientific research and surveys that can potentially improve Bio-sustainability.I am a very hard worker and am very self-driven. The more tasks I am trained to do, the more helpful and self-sufficient I can be for an employer. I am always eager to learn more. I believe that variety is the best flavor of life, and life is what you make it.
