About Amber Duncan

I am currently working for the same agency for 13+ years. I love semcac's mission and vision. I manage the office staff within our two programs at our local outreach department and food shelf department. My time at this agency has taught me a lot of things. I have come strides both professionally and personally. I enjoy public speaking, working within our communities and with other organizations to meet our goals and objectives. While at semcac, I have learned a great deal about IT and numerous Microsoft Office Programs. A large part of my day is spent in front of my computer entering data, updating spreadsheets, researching new software programs that will help with processes we encounter on a daily basis and working with staff to ensure their hardware devices and software are operating to the best of their ability in order for them to do their jobs. Not only have I learned a lot from the IT staff at semcac, but I am also very self-taught and motivated when it comes to IT.
