About Amber Evans

I’m a people-first professional with a strong background in high-volume outreach, recruiting, and customer support across healthcare and service-focused environments. I’m passionate about connecting with individuals—especially seniors—and making sure every conversation leaves them feeling heard, valued, and supported.Throughout my career, I’ve built trust through empathy, active listening, and clear communication. Whether I’m helping someone navigate resources, coordinating care, or guiding a candidate through the hiring process, I focus on understanding their needs and delivering a positive, respectful experience.I thrive in roles that require patience, persistence, and relationship-building. I’m comfortable handling large call volumes, managing multiple systems, and staying organized in fast-paced environments. What motivates me most is knowing that my work makes someone’s day a little easier.I’m always open to new opportunities in senior outreach, healthcare support, staffing, and customer-service-driven roles where I can continue helping people with compassion and professionalism.
