I joined Barry-Wehmiller in 2005 as a Recruiter in the Design Group division. In 2007, I had the fortunate opportunity to create, for the first time, an HR department within the division. I supported the divisional growth from ~200 employees in 7 locations to over 1400 people in over 40 locations in the US and India. Throughout my time in this division, I led the HR, Recruiting and Payroll teams with over 20 team members I supported directly. In January 2018, I was honored with the opportunity to transition from the division to the Corporate People Team to support all divisions globally in the role of Director, Strategic Projects. My main areas of responsibility are global project management, acquisitions and workstream lead for all core and onboarding needs in our global HRIS system. The majority of my time these days is spent leading a global payroll and time tracking implementation (36 countries and 200 locations in consideration).
