As the Director of Client Success at Gartner Research Board, I lead a team of client success managers who are responsible for retaining and growing our membership base of C-level executives from the world's largest and most influential organizations. We provide our clients with exclusive access to peer-to-peer networking, best practices, insights, and research on the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the IT industry. I have over seven years of experience in managing and delivering client success programs for Gartner, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. I graduated with honors and a BA in Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, and am currently pursuing my Masters in Business Administration with a leadership concentration.
