About Amber Godwin

With 7+ years in commercial P&C insurance, I’ve built a career working across retail agencies, wholesale brokerages, and a hybrid Carrier/MGA. That range has given me a strong foundation in insurance operations and client servicing, along with exposure to the systems and processes that support complex workflows. I’ve spent much of my career working between internal teams and clients - helping to smooth out processes, roll out new workflows, and keep things on track during times of change. I’m drawn to roles where I can bring structure, clarity, and consistency, especially in spaces where insurance and technology come together. Key experience includes- Supporting client operations across multiple platforms and teams - Leading onboarding and training programs that connect process to performance - Managing KPIs and using them to drive improvements in service delivery - Overseeing policy workflows from submission to issuance in retail and wholesale settings I’m currently open to new opportunities where I can use my insurance background, client skills, and operational insight to contribute to a collaborative, solution-driven team.
