About Amber Healy
I am board certified in internal medicine and fellowship trained in Diabetology. My clinical practice is focused on people with diabetes. I have also spent most of my career in medical education and have taught from first year medical students to post graduate year 4 fellows. Research is something that I enjoy so efforts have been made to conduct research and contribute to the literature related to diabetes. During my journey, I have served as the program director of one of the oldest Diabetology fellowship programs in the United States. This has led to collaboration across the country in co-founding the American College of Diabetology.
