Hey there! I'm Amber and I would consider myself a Jack-of-all-trades. Im always learning new things and that's what gets me excited! Currently I'm crunching numbers in Quickbooks Online for 20+ clients! I organize and categorize accounts weekly and reconcile monthly. I also do payroll for some of my clients. As the Client Care and Onboarding Manager I loved getting to know each client's unique needs through thorough assessments and helping them come on board as quickly as possible. Aside from being an Bookkeeper, I've dabbled in a bit of everything - from entrepreneurship to customer service. I love making sure our internal processes are top-notch for an awesome customer experience. Building lasting relationships and tailoring services has helped me keep clients coming back for more! When it comes to communication, I'm your go-to person. I've written and jazzed up messages with platforms like JetPack and Dubsado. Plus, I'm all ears when it comes to client feedback. I've used those insights to cook up strategic plans that leave clients even happier. And, did I mention I've got a creative side? I'm no stranger to capturing moments through a lens. Not only have I excelled in my current role, but I've also had a blast mentoring budding photographers, helping them fast-track their professional dreams.
