About Amber Hogan

Customer service comes naturally to me. Throughout my life, I have developed an art of being able to communicate with anyone, at any given time. Most of my career has been centered around the medical field. Whether I was working in a doctors office, for a billing company or for an insurance company, I’ve seen all aspects of the medical insurance world. Then, I found myself helping people with insurance questions. How did it work? What did it cover? I’d sit down and help go over medical bills and the insurance’s explanation of benefits. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer my dad handed her entire file for medical billing to me because he knew I could be trusted to handle it. At outings and family visits, I found myself explaining how policies worked and claims were processed and giving a clearer picture of what their policies were and what they did. I wondered how I could turn this into a business. Then I found my current job, Spring Venture Group. They give me the structure I need to learn, the freedom to handle things on my own and the ability to grow, all while primarily helping our senior citizens. But wait, there’s more. Behind this profile is a real person. In my off the clock time,I enjoy being a mom. You’ll find us homeschooling and learning on trails and out in the real world. I enjoy discussing current events, history and politics. I enjoy watching Marvel along with National Geographic. At the end of the day, my job involves helping people, something I enjoy and excel at.
