About Amber Holder

As a trauma-informed aspiring therapist specializing in nervous system regulation, gender-affirming practice, and neurodivergent-friendly approaches, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy. Drawing from my own experiences as both neurodivergent and queer, I aim to create an inclusive and understanding space where clients feel genuinely supported. With expertise in addressing anxiety, depression, late diagnosed/self-identified autism, ADHD, and domestic abuse, I tailor my approach to meet clients’ unique needs, recognizing healing as a deeply personal journey. As a late-identified, queer AuDHD provider myself, I believe in the validity of self-identification/diagnosis. I am happy to work with neurodivergent clients, regardless of their formal diagnostic status. I also provide gender-affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals, fostering acceptance and integrating empowerment in my clients’ care.
