I'm a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in workforce development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance. With a strong background in HR consulting, and proven track record of improving HR processes, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and ensuring legal compliance across industries. Beyond HR, I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and human rights. I actively promote workplace well-being and strive to create environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. As a community leader and former President of the East Rochester PTO, I have demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive spaces for individuals of all backgrounds. I continue to drive meaningful change through my work in HR, mental health allyship, and DEI initiatives.
