About Amber Ketcham

As an emerging mental health counseling professional, my counselor identity is that of a person-centered, multi-cultural therapist. My current position as a childcare director involves overseeing all aspects of childcare operations to ensure children are provided with a safe and fun learning environment that excedes the standards set by DHS and Keystone Stars. My work as an intern at Bethesda Luthern Services provides me the opportunity to work as an M.A. level clinician with at-risk children and youth in a partial hospitalization program. I have training in TF-CBT, child and adolescent devlopment, multi-cultural sensitivity, infant/child/adult CPR and first aid, diagnosis and assessment, drug and alcohol treatment, individual/group/family counseling, and crisis intervention.
