Hey, I’m Amber King - aka the ‘Amber’ in Branding by Amber. Nope, I don’t look like your average businesswoman. And honestly? That’s exactly the point. I’m the designer. The creative. The one who makes things stand out, not blend in. My job is to turn big ideas, bold personalities and messy visions into killer brands that get noticed (and remembered). I kicked off my design career in 2017 while still at uni - 23, fresh-faced, overly caffeinated, and completely obsessed with branding. That obsession got me a 1:1 (BA) Hons degree in Visual Communication & Design and a one-way ticket into the wild world of freelance. Fast forward to now: 7+ years as a freelance designer. 1:1 (BA) Hons Degree - Visual Communication & Design. Diploma in Small Business Marketing & Management. And a brain wired with ADHD (diagnosed at 27) that just doesn’t stop creating. ADHD? It’s my superpower. My ideas don’t run out, my passion doesn’t dim, and I’ve learned to use my chaotic, colourful mind to build brands that actually mean something. I believe in real relationships, no bullshit, and branding that reflects who you really are.
