About Amber Lock

I have spent a decade working within the realm of Human Resources with experience in both the Retail and Industrial Manufacturing industries. Prior to this I taught undergraduate students at Northern Arizona University for two and a half years, assisted in creating lesson plans and policy for the freshmen introductory courses and worked in summer building management for the University. Through these various positions I have gained skills in time management, leadership, scheduling, program coordination, classroom instruction and a proficiency in Microsoft programs. I am also well versed in Arizona state Labor laws, HIPPA and OSHA policy and am able to both explain and direct implementation of such policies. I also work directly with payroll, employee status, application review, hiring, training, job performance review, employee benefits, state run programs and the associated agencies. I have earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Master's in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Strategic Human Resource management.
