About Amber Luck

With over 20 years of experience in human services, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals with disabilities, brain injuries, mental health, and behavioral health needs—primarily in community-based settings. I bring a strong background in operational leadership, having led teams, developed programs, and navigated complex systems with a people-first mindset. Currently, I serve as an Assessor Reviewer I at Telligen, where I use my expertise to support quality, person-centered services. I’m a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer and CPI Trainer, and I’ve trained countless professionals across the human services field—sharing what I’ve learned about leadership, crisis management, skills development, and building real, respectful connections. Collaboration and advocacy drive my work. I’m passionate about improving systems to better serve vulnerable populations and believe in the power of strong leadership and meaningful partnerships to create change. I’m always open to making new connections, learning from others, and exploring new opportunities to grow and contribute.
