Background

About Amber Mack

I’m a writer who thinks like a strategist—and a strategist who never forgets the people behind the product. With a background in journalism, internal comms, and creative nonfiction, I know how to shape language that resonates, whether it’s a help article, a newsletter, or an essay about grief and girlhood. For the past 6+ years, I’ve worked across customer experience, content strategy, and digital storytelling. I’ve led internal communication for retail teams, written high-empathy support content, and crafted brand messaging that builds trust. I’m obsessed with clarity, care, and the kind of voice that makes people feel seen. I thrive in fast-paced environments where intuition, collaboration, and heart matter. I’m especially drawn to work that helps people understand themselves, each other, or the systems they navigate.
