MY UNIQUE VALUE There’s nothing like NYC video production. It’s fast-paced, innovative, and at times gritty. To survive in this landscape one must be able to identify great stories, lead diverse production crews and colleagues, and have a “get it done” attitude no matter what. I have leveraged quality education and hands-on experience to make an impact on programming, audience engagement, and viewership for 50 million youth and counting. As a news producer and production coordinator, there’s no such thing as it can’t be done. As a hands-on leader and cross-functional team collaborator, I have led teams from pre to post production, transformed mundane social media posts into viral conversations which increased viewership, conducted market research to remain on the pulse of what’s trending, and scouted the best on-air talent and celebrity guests. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AS: A CREATOR. I Created, produced, and oversaw the completion of two major network projects: 30-minute special entitled, “Women Who Run the World: Young, Powerful & Talented,” which showcased the riveting stories of 6 professional women across various industries who embodied female empowerment. A special interview segment with Faith Evans for the 20th anniversary of The Notorious B.I.G.'s second and final album, “Life After Death.” A WRITER. I engage 10M network fans with a daily newsletter covering music news, artist features, exclusive event announcements, and blog content. A COLLABORATOR. To guarantee video segments translate network vision and standards, I actively collaborate with news anchors, on-air talent, and crew members allowing for open communication and the best working relationship.
