As the Founder and Lead Play Director of Stellar Play, I’ve spent the last 10 years helping people rediscover movement, joy, and the confidence that comes from stepping outside their comfort zones. What started as a vision to get people active through unique and engaging experiences has now grown into Base Camp—our first brick-and-mortar location in Port Coquitlam, a dedicated space for play, events, and collaboration. Through Stellar Play, I work with schools, businesses, and community organizations across Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and beyond—creating dynamic, movement-based experiences that foster teamwork, creativity, and well-being. Whether it’s corporate team-building, school programs, or community events, I believe that play is one of the most powerful ways to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve both physical and mental health.
