I am a results oriented leader, establishing myself as a key contributor on every team I have had the privilege to work with. I started my RBC career in Capital Markets, where after a rotational program I worked in Investment Banking as an Analyst/ Associate. This experience honed my financial acumen, presenting and critical thinking skills, as well as my emotional intelligence which has formed the foundation of my leadership style. Transitioning from Capital Markets to Retail Banking was an important inflection point in my career, particularly given my interest in product management and leading a business. My Retail Banking leadership experiences to date include: product acquisition (campaign & point of sale strategy – Home Equity), product distribution (Mortgage Specialist role strategy – Home Equity), product management (Student RCL & Government Loan portfolio – Personal Lending), and product innovation (NOMI Find & Save – GIC & Savings). In my current role, as the Director of Savings Innovation I am responsible for creating, developing and executing an innovation roadmap for Savings aligned to Personal Savings & Investments strategic priorities. At the end of 2017 I led the launch of NOMI Find & Save, the 1st automated digital savings solution in Canada. We continue to achieve superior growth results through effective go to market tactics, acquisition strategy and capability development (including two more 1st’s in the Canadian marketplace). With a ‘One RBC’ approach, we have been able to deliver unprecedented value to RBC clients and Canadians!
