About Amber Rawlings

Amber Rawlings, ARM®, CPM® Candidate, has over two decades of experience of comprehensive expertise in property management. She attended Old Dominion University and returned to the Washington, D.C, area in 2002, where she has held a number of positions in varying aspects of the industry, including Director of Marketing, Property Manager, Community Manager, Regional Manager, and most recently, Area Vice President for properties in Connecticut, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and Richmond, Virginia. Mrs. Rawlings is actively involved with industry associations, including the Property Management Association (PMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Northern Virginia Apartment Association (NVAA). She has served as a co-chair on a PMA committee and several other committees with NVAA and The Alzheimer's Association. Mrs. Rawlings holds an Accredited Residential Manager ® (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Certified Property Manager ® (CPM) Candidate. Her skill set encompasses a broad spectrum, from adeptly analyzing sub-markets and conducting financial reporting to optimizing asset performance and fostering cohesive team dynamics. Additionally, she excels in property inspections, mentoring team members, and navigating vendor/contract negotiations, underscoring her multifaceted proficiency in the field.
