I'm a passionate leader with experience in the restaurant management industry, where I've discovered the true value of developing strong teams and creating seamless operations. Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer, and early in my career, I had the opportunity to mentor a coworker’s daughter who wanted to learn the craft. Watching her develop her natural photographic eye was incredibly rewarding and reinforced my belief in the power of guidance and support. This passion for helping others grow—whether it’s guiding a team to surpass their goals or finding ways to make our work lives smoother—drives me daily. Select Accomplishments: Joined the million-dollar increase club by collaborating with all teams to drive successful shifts and initiatives, achieving an 11% sales increase. Developed a kitchen manager mentorship program, which led to a 5% food and supply cost savings across California locations.
