I graduated from Missouri Baptist University(MBU) with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership in December of 2019. I want to redefine the idea of leadership, teamwork, workplace relationships, employee engagement/morale and making not just our employees more satisfied within their jobs but making it to where they truly enjoy what they do to better the lives of those they serve.
