About Amber Roodenburg
I have dedicated my studies and free time to questions concerning identity, development and leadership. Whilst anthropology taught me qualitative research methods and critical thinking, I felt this was still lacking a step towards action and change. And so after this I graduated from the master program International Master ArtistEducator, where I set up my own (artistic) research projects, workshops and toolkits. During these programs I also focussed on social enterprising and consultancy, wherein I learned to use my skills in a more practical/business related environment. This led me to the position as advisor for Tender People. Here I guide and develop tenders mostly for the public sector. In this work I enjoy bringing structure and using critical and creative thinking to get the best quality and results. My core values are: Teamwork, quality, dialogue, learning and development.
