When people ask me what I do, I start by saying that I'm a writer. But writing is just the foundation for my role. There's so much that goes into content strategy. Let's dig in. I spent seven years crafting copy for job seekers and gig workers at Snagajob. While there, I built user engagement strategies, managed email and notification channels, wrote countless headlines, landing pages, emails, and blogs. I found my love for creating delightful user experiences with persuasive copy. And I discovered the magic of discovery and user research. I even had the opportunity to work on a small and mighty team that redefined the company's brand identity.Now I lead content strategy at a local start-up, Cix Health. I bring together all of my skills and experience to create meaningful, engaging user experiences. A typical day for me is organized chaos—and I love it. I collaborate with talented designers and engineers to build user-focused product features that drive engagement.
