I’m a dedicated EMT and proud mom of eight, passionate about all things related to physical and mental health. With a strong foundation in healthcare and behavioral science, I bring a unique, compassionate perspective to every role I take on. I’m a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Licensed Massage Therapist, currently on an indefinite break from both as I focus on my work in emergency medical services and raising my family. I thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments and am endlessly curious—whether that means furthering my education, exploring new approaches to wellness, or finding practical ways to support others through crisis and care. Above all, I believe in showing up—at home, at work, and in my community—with presence, resilience, and purpose.
