About Amber Sides

I am 31 years old, and I have done a variety of professions throughout my working experience, but my passion is accounting. I never dreamt of pursuing a profession as an accountant, but when we moved to Wyoming in 2020, I landed my first role as an accounting assistant. With zero experience it was very overwhelming, but through education of upper management and the ability to self-teach, I now find enjoyment in accounting. I love working with our clients and helping them grow their businesses as well as helping them make smarter financial decisions. I decided I wanted to grow in the industry later on and am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in accounting. I am on track to be done in April 2025. This has been an exciting endeavor both personally and professionally and I am eager to continue growing and learning. With all that being said, I am not just a professional, but a mom and a rancher's wife as well. I have two little boys, Waylon (5) and Autry (2), who keep me extremely busy and motivated to be the best. My husband manages a cattle ranch in Colorado and Wyoming and transformed this city girl into a "last resort" ranch hand (haha).
