About Amber Speer

As a Community Director at RAM Partners, LLC, I oversee the operations and performance of The Heights at LaSalle, a luxury student housing community near Duke University. I have more than 13 years of experience in Property Management, with a proven track record of increasing occupancy and net operating income, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards. I joined RAM Partners in 2018, after working for Milestone Management for six and a half years. With Milestone I started as a Leasing Consultant, was promoted to Assistant Manager after 1-year and progressed to a Property Manager position after only another 2-years. I have successfully managed and led diverse teams of leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff, and have developed strong relationships with residents, vendors, and owners. I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging living environment for students, and I am always looking for new ways to improve our services and amenities.
