About Amber T.

A proactive person with excellent social skills who currently study a combined degree in Master of Human Resource Management and Master of International Commercial Law at the University of Western Australian. I am also a results-driven employee. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation.The major strengths that I have possessed include:EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT: I show empathy towards the feelings and motivations of others and control their behaviour in a way that improves their sense of well-being. FLEXIBLE: From being flexible, I adapt better to my surroundings, face challenges more easily and most importantly I am more effective with changes. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: In order to communicate effectively, I learned to become an engaged listener, pay attention to nonverbal signals, express empathy and friendliness and sometimes, be assert myself a bit. PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS: To enhance my problem solving skills, I tend to simplify things, focus on the positive side of the problems and think laterally by changing the direction of my thoughts occasionally.
