As a Professional Recruiter at NuLogic Business Solutions, I apply my finance degree from Florida Atlantic University and my core competencies in project management, recruiting, and sales to help clients and candidates achieve their goals. NuLogic is a multi-purpose provider of recruiting support, market analysis and world class customer service, with a passion for helping people and organizations reach their greatest potential. In my current role, I work with a diverse and collaborative team of recruiters, account managers, and analysts to deliver high-quality and customized solutions for various industries and sectors. I manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing, for multiple roles and projects. I also leverage my sales skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, and to generate new business opportunities. I am motivated by the impact and value I can create for both parties, and by the opportunity to learn and grow from different perspectives and experiences.
