About Amber Taylor

Recently graduated from the USC Rossier School of Education's Master's program in Learning Design and Technology. I am an artist pursuing a creative business career. I graduated from USC with a BA in Art and a minor in Communication Design in 2015, and with an M.Ed. in Learning Design & Technology in 2025. Additionally, I studied at the Marshall School of Business to educate myself in Marketing Fundamentals, Managing New Enterprises, Consumer Behavior, and Communication Technology and Culture to be a more valuable asset to whatever team I might land a career with. I work for the USC Thornton School of Music as an HR/Personnel Coordinator and Academic Faculty Analyst. I love getting my hands dirty and working with a team to bring concepts to reality. While I am also a fine artist with strengths in painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture- I’ve been combining my work experience and creative skills by acquiring a Master's in Learning Design & Technology. It doesn't take me long to adapt to new roles, and I am always excited for new challenges. I’ve taken on many roles, including website management, design consulting, training of new policies and procedures, and public relations on top of my HR/Personnel and Academic Analyst tasks.
