Nurse Leader looking for Executive Leadership Opportunities. Dedicated professional and experienced leader in Cardiovascular/ Cardiothoracic Care, Telemetry, Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Solid Organ Transplant. I am currently overseeing system-wide operations of the Nursing Peer Review process and Committee including but not limited to establishing procedures for identifying and tracking the clinical practice and/or unprofessional conduct that warrant peer review. I hold advanced education and preparation with dual degrees in Nursing Administration and Healthcare Administration. Broadly experienced with outstanding technical knowledge, communication, collaborative, organizational, regulatory compliance, and leadership skills to ensure the highest levels of patient care and safety with a passion for quality improvement. Supporting organization as a manager advisor to committees including Clinical Alarms and Nursing Practice. I am a member of the Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership.
