I have a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) credential from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which demonstrates my knowledge and leadership in the credit union industry. I have over 11 years of experience in various roles at GRCCU, including Member Services Supervisor and Financial Services Representative, where I gained valuable skills in loans, management, and customer relations. I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of GRCCU, which is to provide financial solutions that empower our members and communities. I am also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among our team, and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the table.
