I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. Entering the workforce in 2003, I've gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and sales support before transitioning into an operational support role (Global Ticketing Support | GTS) in the travel industry at Delta Air Lines, Inc. in both Dallas, TX & Atlanta, GA. Throughout my career journey I've also built a strong foundation in finance, working as a bank teller and branch supervisor for First National Bank Texas/First Convenience Bank in Houston, TX, where I developed expertise in financial operations (accounting knowledge) and client relations. In 2015, I shifted my focus to administrative support, assisting the HR Directors (Majors Brack & Annette Dodd) at The Salvation Army Southern Territory Headquarters. This role helped refine my skills in organizational efficiency, personnel coordination, and process management. In 2017, as a virtual assistant via BELAY Solutions, I supported Deeohn Ferris, JD & former VP of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at The National Audubon Society. This experience ignited my passion for governmental policy and advocacy, particularly in fostering sustainability and equitable communities. I currently serve as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (currently Bennett Foster - position previously held by Rosalind 'Roz' Tucker [CHRO, ARC]) of the Mobility Services Department & Mobility Services team at the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC). In this role, I play a key part in advancing the department’s mission to improve transportation, accessibility, mobility, and commuting solutions throughout Metropolitan Atlanta. With deep personal ties to the city through my paternal lineage, I take great pride in contributing to ARC’s vision of making the region a thriving, connected, and sustainable place for all.
