Strategic and purposeful professional with proven ability to support organizational mission. Posses high ethical standards, and passion for and commitment to improving safety of first responders and the communities they serve. I've had the honor of working within several areas of the association including membership and community solutions. Working with multiple divisions, sections and committees has allowed me a solid understanding of our association services, operations, and varied areas of focus within the fire service. Some include Southeastern, Missouri Valley, Volunteer Combination Officers, Emergency Management and Wildland Fire Policy. I was afforded the opportunity to be involved with the development, launch and implementation of programs including the Hazmat Fusion Center, Regional Incident Survey Teams, Intrastate Mutual Aid System, IAFC Go Teams, and Ready, Set, Go and Fire Department Exchange. As a past fire service member, I strive to provide departments with the tools and resources they need to improve programs, operations and safety.
