I am a Supply Chain Director at Pack Labs, a start-up company that produces innovative consumer products. I have over six years of experience in the finance and manufacturing industries. My core competencies include process improvement, analytical skills, problem solving, and team management. I oversee operations and logistics for the Downingtown Plant, ensuring a smooth flow of raw materials inbound and finished goods outbound. I also commercialize new products, process payroll reports, and serve as HR assistant to the CFO on site. I have helped the company grow from its inception to its current production level, by creating and improving operations processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and training and coaching team members. My mission is to build and streamline operations that set Pack Labs apart from the rest and deliver value to our clients.
