About Amber Wilson

I have always loved being creative. In high school I started working in the family business doing vehicle graphics and signs. This led to my desire to continue my education after high school in the field of graphic design. After completing my associates degree I got a job as an embroidery digitizer at M'Prints Promo in Meridian, MS. This job catapulted my love for all things embroidery. I continue to digitize and embroider to this day. After getting married and moving to Columbia, SC, I started designing screen printed t-shirts at School Cuts. There I designed t-shirts for USC, Clemson, and various schools and businesses. I simultaneously designed graphics for municipal vehicles, signs, and RV graphics for Auto Trim Design of Meridian, MS and Auto Trim Design of Hattiesburg, MS. I have also freelanced logos and printed collateral for various individuals. I am continually learning and improving my trade. I also enjoy fine art. This has helped me refine my design skills with color, typography, and composition. Currently I am still designing and installing vehicle graphics and signs, embroidery, and embroidery digitizing all under the umbrella of Tailor-Made Rugs, a business ran by my husband that focused on rug binding, but has evolved and expanded to encompass my expertise.
