I’m finishing up my MBA with a concentration in health administration at Georgia State University, where I also work as a graduate assistant for undergraduate and graduate international business courses. Before grad school, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a medical concentration from Kennesaw State University. With over five years of experience in clinical laboratories and more than a decade in customer service, I’ve built a strong foundation in healthcare operations and patient-focused work. I’m particularly passionate about improving health outcomes for women and minority populations and finding ways to make processes more efficient and experiences better for everyone involved.
