As a movement therapist, I create solutions for pain management and help people regain strength physically and mentally. I focus on helping people with chronic pain and neurological conditions (like POTS, seizures, brain tumor impairments, MS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, and effects of PTSD). I use a unique combination of therapeutic Pilates, connective tissue/fascia health, body and breathing mechanics, health coaching, trauma-sensitive movement, & NeuroPilates to help people restore their nervous system, develop a stronger mind-body connection, & overcome chronic pain.
