I am an extremely passionate and detail-oriented post graduate Business Information Systems student. I was previously employed at Accenture PLC, where I was trained to work in SAP BI (2 years). As a BA, I aim to measure the success of my work through the positive impact it has on the organization's goals and client satisfaction. I endeavor to achieve this by deploying excellent communication and writing skills to break down complex ideas and requirements into simple solutions. My skillset includes: • Process Management -Requirements, documentation, and implementation • Ability to write functional/technical specifications. • Proficient in data reporting tools: Power BI and Tableau • Proficient in data collection, analyzing and visualization • Databases: Oracle SQL • In depth knowledge of Business process Modelling. • Programming languages: core Java, R, R Shiny • Diagramming tools: MS Visio, Lucidchart • Software designing/ prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator • Business Intelligence and data warehousing • Proficient in both structural and behavioral UML diagrams. • Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes (Agile, Waterfall, Lean); with hands-on experience in Agile. • Professional experience in SAP Business Warehousing.
