NEW UPDATE: On-site manager: have customer care and the prestige of your company as your main objective, creating the link between the production, executive and administrative, becoming a key figure for the well-being of all parties involved. To succeed in this challenge, a spirit of sacrifice and continuous training are needed to stay constantly updated on new strategies, make use of suitable tools to manage and monitor all ongoing and future activities. Coordinating both onsite and supplier field activities are paramount to success. To do this, one must always be "on the spot", work in the field, live day by day in contact with one's colleagues in order to never lose sight of the common goals. All this can be achieved linearly by promoting field training of technicians and production workers, creating the right synergy. To succeed in this you have to believe in it firmly and adopt all the tools available for the success of the team and the company. Time has allowed me to get to know my skills better: communication skills, empathy, intuitiveness, teaching and training that can be used by everyone. With the technicians with whom I collaborate or have collaborated, I have had both the pleasure and the honor of training them professionally by transmitting to them all that is my wealth of experience in the field (28 years). This has allowed me, as their team leader, to create synergy and professionalism with each of them, also creating inclusiveness on the human side
