As a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of diverse clinical experience—spanning acute care, urgent care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and remote nursing—I’ve had the privilege of supporting patients across every stage of life. In my current role as a Lead RN, I bring clinical leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a strong patient advocacy mindset to every interaction—whether I'm coordinating care at the bedside or guiding patients remotely. My strengths include clinical assessments, care planning, patient education, and managing complex care needs with compassion and efficiency. I’m now ready to take the next step in my career: transitioning into a Nurse Case Manager or utilization review nurse. I’m passionate about helping patients access the right care at the right time, while supporting quality, cost-effective outcomes for healthcare systems.
