I COACH individuals and executives, who wish to enhance their current peformance, build their leadership capabilities or clarify their career direction. I DESIGN & FACILITATE workshops or meets, where people come together in small or large groups to resolve org-wide issue, build collobaration across or within teams, strategize for change or growth, plan for systemic interventions, etc. I TEACH Org Development at TISS and also MENTOR professionals who aspire to drive meaningful and systemic change in people, organisations and communities.
