About Amel Arfaoui

All my work, in marketing, sales, is fueled by an unwavering commitment to make a difference in the lives of the people I work with, the customers I serve and the community I live in. As a sales manager of one of the best Tunisian Golf Course, I lead the marketing organization and am responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts including company brand, proactive demand generation, and enhancing customer engagement. With my background in diffrent industry;(Telecommunication, hotel customer service.), I know how important it is to focus on simplicity and usability when building a market strategy. Change does not happen overnight. It takes patience and persistence to make a difference. As a leader, this means asking the tough questions, pushing beyond limiting beliefs, and exploring new opportunities. I believe when you build a strong foundation, articulate your vision clearly so your team knows where you’re going, you can achieve results far beyond even your own expectations. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to experience hotel pre-opening, implementation of new marketing strategy, be in permanent contact with the direct client I have learned to build a solid foundation if I wanted to get to the top.
