A versatile and adaptable all-rounder, I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work across a range of contexts throughout my career. This has given me knowledge and expertise in various professional disciplines, most notably executive assistance, HR and organisational development. With a supplementary track record of managing office services, I enable organisations to manage ongoing operational work-streams and time-limited projects accurately, comprehensively and on time. An eye for detail, complemented by my appreciation of the big picture – as well as a calm and methodical approach to problem-solving – set me in good stead to address challenges that might be posed by new situations, targets and timescales. Critical thought and an enquiring mind allow me to apply forensic analysis to data and intelligence, so that organisational decision-making can be evidence-based, and growth opportunities identified. At a personal level, I consider myself to be positive and pragmatic team member, who uses a natural understanding of others in order to make personal connections and grow trust. I place a high value on working collaboratively with colleagues, senior staff, end-users and external clients and customers in order to achieve shared objectives. I am particularly interested in the development of workforce strategies to support organisational growth, and I take a broad approach to this, considering elements such as reward, remuneration and life-long learning in order to bolster employee engagement. Most importantly, I prioritise an ethos of integrity, inclusion, dignity and respect.
