Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a 3.8 GPA reflects my dedication to academic excellence and my passion for understanding how businesses operate and grow. Currently, I work as a Relationship Banker at Truist Financial Corporation, where I take pride in assisting clients with their day-to-day financial needs and helping them achieve both short- and long-term financial goals. This role has strengthened my skills in customer service, financial planning, and relationship management, allowing me to build meaningful connections with clients. I am proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as various banking and financial software systems. My ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively complements my technical skill set. Fluent in English, Bosnian, and Serbo-Croatian, I thrive in diverse environments and enjoy collaborating with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. My passion for learning and problem-solving led me to explore data analytics, where I discovered how powerful data-driven insights can be.
